Santhosh Ramdoss is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gary Community Ventures. Prior to this role, he served as the Vice President of Impact Investing and Chief Investment Officer at Gary, managing the organization's endowment and assisting with the deployment of financial resources in support of its mission. He continues to serve as the CIO, collaborating with fund managers and businesses while incubating capital vehicles such as The Dearfield Fund for Black Wealth, which provides down payment assistance to Black homebuyers in the Metro Denver area.

Before joining Gary, Santhosh was part of the investment teams at the Skoll and Michael & Susan Dell Foundations. He has also served as a community organizer, start-up entrepreneur, and community banker.

Santhosh grew-up in a small town in Southern India, learned English by watching television, and didn't board an airplane until he was 25. He takes pride in his immigrant identity and uses these experiences to inform his dedication to equity.
