Will Hays has over 30 years of experience working in the mental health and human services related fields. He currently serves as the President for Hilltop Community Resources, Inc. where he has served the Western Colorado community for over 25 years.
Will has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Religion and Social Science from Flagler College in St Augustine, FL, and a Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Named President for Hilltop in 2024—a 550-employee health and human services organization
Appointed by Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper to the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Council in 2012 and appointed as Chair in 2015
Appointed by Governor Hickenlooper to the Improving Outcomes for Youth Taskforce in 2018
Past Chair of the statewide Division of Youth Services Provider Council
Past Chair of the Board for the Grand Junction Business Incubator
Past Chair of the Board for the Riverview Technology Center
Past Chair of the Mesa County Board of Health

Will and his wife, Shawn, have lived in Grand Junction, CO for over 30 years. They choose to live in Grand Junction for the sense of collaboration and partnership among its residents, and for the surrounding recreational opportunities. When not at work, they like to run and mountain bike on the local trails, road bike, fly fish and camp.
