Randy Miller is a Partner with the law firm of Arnold & Porter, a national law firm recognized for excellence in regulatory, litigation, and transactional solutions. He represents clients in complex business disputes involving the buying and selling of companies and other transactions and strategic transitions. In addition to disputes, Randy also regularly acts as a trusted advisor and assists clients with their other needs, including transactional, real estate, trade, and risk management. Before joining Arnold & Porter, Randy held many leadership positions at a large international law firm, including its predecessor firms. These roles have included Firmwide Managing Partner, member of the Management Committee, and Office Managing Partner (Denver), each of which required oversight and direct management of the firm’s operations. He most recently served as a Member of the Global Board of Directors.
Randy also has a long history of assisting with charitable and civic organizations. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce for many years, earning Board Member of the Year in 2017. He has been deeply involved with the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation and served as Chairman of the Board from 2017 through 2019. Other interests and service have included the Denver Dumb Friends League, St. Anne’s Episcopal School, The Denver Metro Economic Development Committee Board of Governors, Kent Denver School, Von Miller’s Charity “Von’s Vision”, the Mile High United Way, and others. Randy earned a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, cum laude, and a B.A. from Michigan State University.
Randy enjoys getting outside in Colorado, especially biking and skiing. He and his wife, Mary, have moved to Colorado nearly 25 years ago and have two children.
