Joe Bower has been a shareholder of Banner & Bower, PC and its predecessor law firm since 2001. His primary practice areas are business and corporate law, estate planning and probate, elder law, and philanthropy. He represents clients in many different industries including healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and energy.

Mr. Bower has extensive experience representing clients with complex legal needs. He’s worked with sellers of large healthcare practice management companies, serves as outside general counsel for a 350 licensed bed hospital system, and several critical access hospitals. Additionally, he has assisted community leaders in the formation of several nonprofits, including Friends of Football, Inc., the Colorado State Fair Foundation, and Pueblo City Center Partnerships, Inc. Mr. Bower is associated with the Colorado Bar, the Pueblo County Bar, and American Health Lawyers.

An alumnus of Southern Nazarene University and the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Bower currently lives with his wife Kris in his hometown of Pueblo, Colorado. He is very involved in the community, serving as a Board Member of the Southern Colorado Community Foundation and Colorado State University Pueblo’s Pack Club. Previously, he also served as a Board Member of the US Bank Advisory Board, Parkview Medical Center, The McClelland School, and the Broadway Theater League of Pueblo.

In his free time, Joe enjoys traveling, fresh and salt water fly-fishing, rock/ice climbing, cycling and hunting.
